The purpose of this study is to examine perceptions of undergraduate students about what kinds of actions and activities are being considered as cheating. The association between frequency of undergraduates' cheating and variables such as gender, years in undergraduate education, department of enrollment, academic achievement, the time allotted to studying and attendance. Differences in attitudes towards cheating by frequency of cheating behavior were also examined. Subjects for this study were 274 randomly selected students form undergraduates of 2nd and 4th years in School of Education in Inönü University. A questionnaire developed by researchers and an attitude scale were used to gather data. Data were tabulated by frequencies and percentages. Chi-square and ONEWAY ANOVA were used in statistical analysis. Findings indicated that majority of undergraduates do not consider cheating such actions and activities as giving and taking questions and answers of the exam from classmates, keep working on exam after the exam time is over, getting help from others in studying assignment and project. undergraduates' frequencies of cheating behavior showed significant differences by gender, years in school, academic achievement, the time allotted to studying and attendance.
