This study was carried out with a sample of employees working for five-star hotels in Antalya in order to determine mediating effects of psychological capital regarding correlation between perceived organizational support and identification. Within the scope of the model, the data collected from 492 employee in 23 hotel establishments operating between June and December 2016 through a questionnaire were analyzed. Hypotheses were tested using structural equation modeling. The findings demonstrate that perceived organizational support and organizational identification significantly correlate with each other. On the other hand, psychological capital plays a role in the formation of a mediating effect in the relationship between perceived organizational support and organizational identification In the light of these findings, suggestions have been provided for practitioners as well as for further studies.
