The aim of this study is to investigate the relationship between students' academic achievement, attitudes towards self-efficacy and self-efficacy perceptions in 4th grade mathematics and the effect of perceptions and self-efficacy on mathematics achievement on academic achievement. In this research which is a correlational study, data were collected by using achievement test, attitude scale towards mathematics course and mathematics self-efficacy scale. At the end of this research, Students’ attitudes and self-efficacy levels were found to be high and academic achievement was moderate. It is concluded that there is a low level of relationship between the academic achievement levels and attitude levels of the students. Similarly, a low level relationship was found between the students' academic achievement levels and self-efficacy perception levels. A high-level of meaningful relation is found between the level of students’ self-efficacy and attitude levels. Besides, it is revealed that the levels of students’ attitude and self-efficacy affects the academic success level.
