ar In this article, the 18th century. Towards the end of the city of Arbil (in northern Iraq), Abdulkadir al-Koyî, who lives in the area of the eastern side of the city of Arbil, will try to illuminate his life and commentary. In the first part of this study, the life and scientific personality of the mufessir, as well as the beliefs and disciplines, as well as the sects, students and scientific value of the sect, as well as the prominent features of his time period will focus on issues. In the second part, the subject of our study will be introduced. In addition to this, the features of the commentaries (Zemahşerî, Bağavî, Beydavî and Celaleyn) which are among the sources of the curriculum will be explained. In addition, the author will examine the reason for preparing the exegesis. In the third chapter, the method followed by the researcher will be examined. Some examples will indicate the positive and negative aspects of exegesis. The reason I chose this work is to revive the works of our old scholars, and to bring the life of a scholar and advisor to the science of science.
