Changes in consumption habits, changing trends in tourism the world of tourism on the number of people participating is increasing every day.The increasing demand in the service sector gave birth to the need for developments to stay; this brought up issues such as competition between businesses established under the name and quality of accommodation. The chief actor of the needs of institutions that arise at this point as ‘human resources management’ (HRM) is gaining the understanding of the critical importance. Tourism is a service industry area, labor-intensive feature much more in the HR field has a strategic importance. In this context, the human resources of companies in the industry use the accommodation for themselves and will have the opportunity to take a step forward. In this study, the formal interview the method of qualitative research designs; interviews with HR professionals provided the accommodation of various sizes of businesses. The types of purposive sampling by selecting a sample of suitable persons to be interviewed has been identified. Based on the findings and practices of human resources problems are identified and recommendations are presented.
