So many results that aren't mine?

According to the Labour Law, it is necessary the approval of the employee for the flexible working time and for the overtime working. This paper analyses conditions and restrictions of the approval of the employee towards the Turkish law and European law in the frame of the employee’s protection and looks the proposals toward this problem
