Osmanlı’da İlm-i Tefsir Sempozyumu, İstanbul Araştırma ve Eğitim Vakfı (İSAV) tarafından İslami Araştırmalar Merkezi’nde (İSAM) 14-15 Aralık 2018 tarihleri arasında gerçekleştirilmiştir. Sempozyum, Osmanlı’da İlimler Sempozyumu geleneğinin dördüncüsüdür. Önceki yıllarda Osmanlı’da İlm-i Kelâm (25-26 Aralık 2015), Osmanlı’da İlm-i Fıkıh (24-25 Aralık 2016) ve Osmanlı’da İlm-i Tasavvuf (9-10 Aralık 2017) adıyla serinin ilk üç sempozyumu yapılmıştır. İki gün süren sempozyum, sekiz oturumda gerçekleştirilmiştir. Yirmi sekiz tebliğ otuz bir tebliğcinin sunumları ile icra edilmiştir. Sempozyum uluslararası bir kimliğe sahip olup tebliğler Türkçe, İngilizce ve Arapça olarak sunulmuş, yerli ve yabancı pek çok akademisyen programa katılmıştır.
The Ilm-i Tefsir Symposium in Osmanlı was held by the Istanbul Research and Education Foundation (ISAV) at the Islamic Research Center (ISAM) between 14-15 December 2018. The Symposium is the fourth of the Islamic Symposium tradition in Ottoman. In the previous years, the first three symposiums of the series were made in Ottoman with the name of Ilm-i Kelâm (25-26 December 2015), Ottoman with the name of Ilm-i Fıkıh (24-25 December 2016) and Ottoman with the name of Ilm-i Tasavvuf (9-10 December 2017). The two-day symposium was performed in eight sessions. Twenty-eight communications were performed with the presentations of thirty-one communicators. The Symposium has an international identity and the communications are presented in Turkish, English and Arabic, and many domestic and foreign academics have participated in the program.
