Abstract:

Toplum Sağlığı Merkezi (TSM), aile hekimliği sonrasında birinci basamak sağlık hizmetlerine dahil olmuştur. Toplum Sağlığı Merkezi ve Bağlı Birimler Yönetmeliği ile 2015 yılında mevzuata son hali verilmiştir. Bölgesinde yaşayan toplumun sağlığını korumak ve geliştirmek maksadıyla kurulan TSM’ler, 28 farklı görevi yerine getirmek için her ilçeye bir adet açılmıştır. TSM görevleri hakkında değerlendirmeler yapılmıştır. Ülkemizde birinci basamak sağlık hizmeti sunan Toplum Sağlığı Merkezleri ile ilgili mevzuat derlenerek hazırlanan bu çalışmada sahada yaşanan yönetimsel sorunlar dile getirilmiştir. Yeni mevzuat çalışmalarının olduğu bugünlerde, toplum sağlığı merkezi hizmetlerine ivme kazandıracak, yönetim ve hizmet kalitesini artıracak öneriler yapılması amaçlanmıştır.
