The main subject of this study is to analyze the relationship between the level of religiousness and the evaluations of individuals about the common and formal religious education in our country. For this purpose, the relationship between the level of religious education and the level of religiousness received by the trainees attending ISMEK prior to their education in ISMEK and the participants' opinions on this subject were discussed in terms of widespread and formal religious education. In particular ISMEK at a specified framework of widespread and listen relationships of adults in the context of religious education mesh, assessment of religious education which they see before training at İSMEK, their approach to the institutions conducting the activities of religious education and thinking widely and on formal religious education activities in Turkey aimed to determine the context of a variety of variables The universe of the study was all trainees attending İSMEK and 202 participants were randomly selected. Religiousness scale and questionnaire were applied by the researcher on volunteerism basis in Avcılar, Bakırköy, Başakşehir, Kadıköy, Ümraniye, Üsküdar, Beylikdüzü, Silivri and Yakuplu. As a result, it was determined that the level of religiousness differed significantly according to the perception of subjective religiosity, the level of knowledge to fulfill the worship, the place where religious education was taken at the most effective level, and the most appropriate place variable in which religious education was taken. It was observed that the religious culture and ethics level of religiousness were effective in giving compulsory education in public schools and in the comparison of the presence of elective religion courses in public schools. One of the most important results obtained in this study is the most effective element in religious thought and life, and the most effective level of religious education.
