The new geography curriculum brought about some problems throughout the country as it was introduced without any pilot study. For this reason, the present research aimed to investigate secondary school geography teachers’ reflections on the new curriculum. This is a quantitative research using a questionnaire survey. The research covers 57 secondary schools in central Trabzon and its districts during 2009-2010 educational year(s) and the teachers involved in this research are 66 males and 33 females. The research shows that according to secondary school teachers, the new curriculum needs some certain amendments. At the end of the research, some further suggestions are presented.
