This study investigated the effects of the managers' leadership behaviors on employees' organizational justice perceptions and turnover intentions. 620 questinaries were completed by the employees working in five stars-hotels in Alanya. Seven dimensions, as "visionary leadership", "transactional leadership", "transformational leadership", "distribution of justice", "procedural fairness", "interpersonal justice" and "intention to leave", were obtained in the study. Consequently, in case of the employees' attitudes towards the perception of leadership are high, organizational justice perceptions are high, too, when turnover intention low. However, while employees’ organizational justice perceptions are negative, their turnover intentions were increased
