Abstract:

The Industrial Relations are actually corporate means on the basis of which the wage bargaining between employee and employer is on the center and which is carried out by trade unions and employer himself or an employer who is not the member of the trade unions. Assessed within the perspective of organizational and systematic relations, it is comprised of a mechanism that includes work relations, the relationships between employee and employer and the bargaining on wages. For the sustainability of the industrial relations, collective bargaining and agreement signed at the end of the process are indeed so crucial. In this context, collective bargaining can be regarded as an enormous opportunity for the implementation of the social agreement as well as for the solutions of the chronic problems between employee and employers. The ultimate objective of the study is to assess the process of collective bargaining as a policy of social agreement elaborately and to take into account its social peace oriented contributions
