It affects entire community in terms of politics, management and social life although globalization is mainly based on economics. In the globalization process, many radical socio-economic transformations affect all countries. Cities are the priority areas experiencing this spatial transformation. In a globalizing world the importance and effectiveness of the nation-states are largely lost. Nowadays, decision-making and management mechanisms are located in urban areas called global cities. In many countries central and local governments try to make their cities a global city in order to be effective in the global process. However, in many cities of developing countries in the process of formation of the above-mentioned areas are faced with many problems. The global actors in their efforts to make cities attractive cause to estrange the people in urban areas from their working and living spaces. This process also exacerbates the dynamics of urban exclusion-decomposition.
