In Turkish Law System, Conflict of Judgment which is arranged in Articles 24 and 25 of Law no.2247; is one of the very important remedy to protect right to legal remedies and to examine the final judgments again. By courtesy of this remedy, contradictions between the final judgments can be resolved which are given from different courts subject to different judicial branches and by this way judicial rights can be protected. Under this article, the decisions of the Court of Jurisdictional Disputes which eliminate all judgments and resolve the problem on the merits instead of them, are going to explained with current decisions
