Ouml;ZET Tirkiş Cumageldi Ccedil;agdaş Tuuml;rkmen edebiyatı yazarlarındandır. Hikaye, roman ve tiyatro tuuml;rlerinde eser veren yazar, Merv'de dogdu. Tuuml;rkmen Devlet Uuml;niversitesi'nin Tuuml;rkmen Filolojisi Fakuuml;ltesini 1961'de bitirdi. 1957'de ilk eseri yayınlandı. Diger eserlerini muuml;teakip son romanı Kara Yıldırım da 1989'da basıldı. Yerleşik hayata geccedil;meleri diger Tuuml;rk halkları gibi ccedil;ok ccedil;ileli olan Tuuml;rkmenler arasındaki aşiret kavgaları onları duuml;şmanlarına karşı zayıf duuml;şuuml;rduuml;. Ouml;zellikle 18. yuuml;zyılda bu kavgalar doruğa ccedil;ıktı ve adeta Tuuml;rkmen bitti. ABSTRACT Tirkiş Cumageldi was one the comteınporary Turkmr:n writı:rs. He wrote novels and dramas as literary gemes. He was bom in Merv and finished the Faculty of Philology at Turkmenistan State University. His first work came out in print in 1957 whereas his last novel Kara Yıldırım (The Dark Lightning) did in 1989. As a result of transformation from nomadie life to sedentary life, tribal skinnishes among the Tureomans turned them into powerless nation. Partieularly these internal fights went up to peak in the 18th Cenrury. With its all details, desert. lootings. interrupted love story. nomadie life style, struggles to survive. search for identity within the Korog1u Epic, this book is just like a handbook of Turcoman cuInıre. The desert in the book with its differing identity and liveliness is !ike one of the eharacters. Even it may be considered as a main charaeter. Therefor, other figures seem to be its details.
