Abstract:

Ouml;Z Birinci Duuml;nya Savaşı, başta Rusya olmak uuml;zere diğer emperyalist devletlere Osmanlı Devletirsquo;ni paylaşma fırsatı vermiştir. Emperyal her devlet ccedil;ıkar bouml;lgelerini kontrol altına almak iccedil;in zaman kaybetmeden harekete geccedil;miştir. Ouml;zellikle Ccedil;arlık Rusya, tarihi emellerine ulaşmak iccedil;in savaş şartlarını fırsat bilmiş, işgal sahası olarak gouml;rduuml;ğuuml; Vilayat-ı Şarkiyyersquo;yi ele geccedil;irmek iccedil;in harekete geccedil;miştir. Rusların, bu sahayı ele geccedil;irmek ve buralarda kalıcı olabilmek iccedil;in attıkları en ouml;nemli adımlardan birisi bazı Kuuml;rt gruplarını elde etmektir. Bu suuml;reccedil;te Kuuml;rt milliyetccedil;iliği duygusunun yuuml;kselişte olması da Ruslara aradıkları fırsatı vermiştir. Rusların bu youml;ndeki faaliyetleri sonucunda ouml;nemli başarılar elde ettiği gouml;ruuml;luuml;r. Bu ccedil;erccedil;evede Osmanlı Devletirsquo;ni meşgul eden ve diğer birccedil;ok isyana emsal olan olayların başında Bitlis Hadisesi veya diğer adıyla Şeyh Selim Hadisesi gelmektedir. Biz bu ccedil;alışmamızda, Rusların tahrik ve desteğiyle meydana gelen Bitlis Hadisesini orijinal kaynaklara dayanarak buuml;tuuml;n youml;nleriyle ele almaya ccedil;alışacağız. Duuml;nya Savaşı ABSTRACT The First World War gave the imperialist countries, primarily Russia, the chance to share the territories of the Ottoman State. Each imperialist state took action immediately to control the territories in which they had interests. Especially Russia found the war conditions as a chance to realise its historical aims and began to act to obtain the Eastern Cities. On of the most significant steps taken by the Russian to obtain this territory and remain there was to get the support of the Kurdish groups. The fact that Kurdish nationalism was on the rise gave the Russian the chance they were looking for. It is obvious that the Russian had great successes in such activities. The Bitlis Case, or, Şeyh Selim Case, is among the problems which busied the Ottoman State and caused the break-up of many similar rebellions. This study is intended to examine the Bitlis Case, which happened with the support and provocation of the Russian, in its all aspects, based on original documents.
