Dünyada globalleşmenin sonuçlarından biri de hem özel sektör hem kamu firmalarının birbirlerine benzemesi, üretim için kullandıkları yollar, yönetimsel organizasyon modelleri, insan kaynakları yönetim politikaları gibi konularda aralarında bir sinerji oluşmasına sebep olmuştur. Bu anlamda dünyanın birçok noktasında bulunan ve birbirinden farklı birçok üretim sahalarına sahip olan firmalar kendi kurum kültürlerini var oldukları toplumların kültürel yapılarını, üretim yapılan alanın kendine has ihtiyaçlarını göz önüne alarak dış kaynak istihdamı olgusunu birçok farklı biçimlerde uygulamışlardır. Özellikle Bilgi Teknolojileri alanında hızla artan dış kaynak kullanımının hem firmalar üzerindeki olumlu ve olumsuz etkileri hem dış kaynak olarak istihdam edilen personellerin üzerindeki etkileri ve beklentileri son dönemde sıkça irdelenen konulardan biridir. Çalışma hayatındaki bireysel anlayışın ön plana çıkması sonrası daha da önem kazanan yetenek ve kariyer yönetimi anlayışı dış kaynak kullanımı ile istihdam edilen çalışanların sorunu haline gelmektedir. Bu kapsamda, çalışmanın amacı; piyasanın ihtiyacını karşılayan dış kaynak kullanımı ile istihdam edilen çalışanların kariyer ve yetenek yönetimi süreçleri üzerine mevcut durum analizi yaparak beklentilerini ölçmektir.

Especially the rapidly increasing use of outsourcing in the field of Information Technologies, both the positive and negative effects on companies, and the effects and expectations of the personnel employed as external resources are one of the issues that have been frequently examined recently. Talent and career management understanding, which gained more importance after the individual understanding in working life came to the fore, becomes the problem of the employees who are employed by outsourcing. In this context, the aim of the study is; To measure the expectations of the employees employed by outsourcing that meets the needs of the market by making a current situation analysis on the career and talent management processes.
