Toplumların sosyo-ekonomik kültüründeki ani gelişmelerin teknolojinin özelliklerin üst seviyede ve özellikle de iletişim yaşanan değişiklikler ile bilginin insanoğlu üzerinde etkisini değiştirmektedir. Toplumun sosyal yapısı içinde okulların yönetimi sosyal yapı içinde önemli derecede etkilenmektedir. Eğitim yöneticileri velilerin eğitim öğretimi destekleme düzeyleri bulguları ile, hangi alanlarda aile eğitimi çalışmaları düzenleyeceklerini tespit edebilirler. Bu çalışmada, Veli profilinin eğitim yönetimine etkilerinin incelendiği araştırmada, yöneticilere uygulanmak üzere “Yönetici Görüşme Formu“ düzenlenmiştir. Yönetici Görüşme Formu, Ankara Gölbaşı İlçesinde görev yapan elli beş okul yöneticisine uygulanmıştır. Görüşmeler bireysel ve grup görüşme şeklinde olmuştur. Görüşme Formu, okul öncesi, ilkokul, ortaokul ve lise okul müdürlerine ayrıca şehir merkezinde ve kırsal kesimde olan okullara uygulanarak heterojen veri elde edilmesi sağlanmıştır. Velilerin doğrudan öğrencileri ile ilgili olan konulara daha çok hassasiyet göstermedikleri, veliler Okul Aile Birliği çalışmalarına oldukça ilgisiz olduğu görülmektedir. Velilerin internet erişimine yeterli düzeyde sahip oldukları halde, okul wep ayfası, e- kurs modülü ve e-okul vb. ilgisiz kaldığı yapılan çalışmada görülmektedir. Okul, öğrencilerin özgeçmişlerine ilişkin, benzer şekilde veliler de öğrenci ve okula ilişkin daha fazla veriye ulaşılabilir. Açıkçası artık okullarda sezgiye dayalı, anekdotlara dayalı ya da tecrübeye dayalı karar almak yerine, verilere dayalı karalar alma esas olmalıdır. Bu çalışma ile elde edilen verilerin, tüm eğitim yönetimi ve bileşenlerine ışık tutması amaçlanmaktadır
The sudden developments in the socio-economic culture of societies change the characteristics of technology at the highest level and especially the changes in communication and the impact of knowledge on the human being. In the social structure of society, the management of schools is significantly influenced in the social structure. The educational managers can find out with the findings of the levels of support for educational teaching of the parents, in which areas they will organize family education studies. In this study, the study in which the effects of the Veli profile on education management were studied, the "Managing Interview Form" was organized to be applied to managers. The Executive Meeting Form was applied to fifty-five school managers working in the Ankara Gölbaşı District. Meetings were in individual and group forms. The interview form provided that pre-school, primary, secondary and secondary school directors also obtain heterogeneous data by applying to schools in the city centre and in the rural area. The parents are not more sensitive to the issues that are directly related to their students, the parents seem to be quite uninterested in the work of the School Family Association. While parents have sufficient level of access to the internet, school wep, e-course module and e-school etc. The work that he has done is uninterested. More information about the school, the students' resume, the tutors can also access more information about the student and the school in the same way. Obviously, now in schools it should be the basis of taking data-based fields instead of making intuitive, anecdotal or experience-based decisions. The aim of this study is to keep the data obtained with light on all the management and components of education.
Sudden developments in the socio-economic culture of societies change the effects of knowledge on human beings, especially with the changes in technology and communication. Within the social structure of the society, the management of the schools is significantly affected in the social structure. Educational administrators can determine in which areas they will organize family education activities with the findings of the education support levels of parents. In this study, "Manager Interview Form" was prepared to be applied to administrators in the study, in which the effects of parents' profile on educational administration were examined. The Manager Interview Form was administered to fifty-five school administrators working in Ankara Gölbaşı District. The interviews were in the form of individual and group meetings. Heterogeneous data were obtained by applying the Interview Form to preschool, primary, secondary and high school principals, as well as schools in the city center and rural areas. It is observed that the parents are not more sensitive to the issues that are directly related to their students, and the parents are quite indifferent to the Parents' Association activities. Although the parents have sufficient internet access, it is seen from the studies that the school service, e-course module and e-school etc. remain indifferent. More data about the school, the resumes of the students, and similarly, the parents, the student and the school can be accessed. Clearly, data-based decisions should be essential, rather than intuitive, anecdotal or experience-based decisions in schools.
