Abstract:

The purpose of this article is to draw up the profile of the employment intermediate companies that operate in Turkey. A licensed tool for profile analysis has been prepared and a set of data has been created with variables related to the scales of companies, fields of activity, establishment dates and the qualities of entrepreneurs. Thus, the profiles of the intermediate companies in employment were compared with the profile analysis carried out in the previous years, taking into account the legal regulations. The research has found that the company’s rate of mediation for low-paid jobs has increased after the legalization of the provision of temporary workers as professional activity. For example, in the case of private employment offices, it is not possible to identify that non-registered employees are registered as those who claim the legalization of the company’s provision of temporary workers as a professional activity, but it is not possible to identify that the companies appearing in other sectors, such as organizational companies, began to participate in the sector with the legalization. The article tool aims to contribute to companies and employment discussions.
