Araştırmada 2009-2015 Uluslararası Öğrenci Değerlendirme Programı (PISA) sonuçları doğrultusunda insani gelişmişlik düzeyleri farklı olan ve Türkiye’nin de bulunduğu toplam 11 ülkenin insani gelişmişlik düzeyleri ile PISA sonuçları arasındaki ilişkinin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmada betimsel yöntemlerden tarama yöntemi kullanılarak karşılaştırma eğitim yönetimi modellerinden istatistiksel metotlar yönteminden yararlanılmıştır. Doküman inceleme kapsamında Birleşmiş Milletler Kalkınma Programı'nın (UNDP) 2011-2016 yılı İnsani Gelişme Raporları ve OECD raporları, Dünya Bankası verileri ile PISA 2009, 2012 ve 2015 sonuç raporları incelenmiş olup analiz yöntemi olarak betimsel analiz kullanılmıştır. Sonuç olarak ülkelerin insani gelişmişlik ve PISA sonuçları karşılaştırıldığında gelişmiş ülkelerin PISA sınavlarında başarılı oldukları saptanmıştır. Eğitim seviyeleri yüksek olan ülkelerin İnsani Gelişim Endeksi (İGE) endeks değerlerinin de yüksek olduğu görülmüştür. İGE endeks değerleri yüksek olan ülkeler PISA gibi uluslararası sınavlarda yüksek performans gösterebilmektedirler.
According to the 2009-2015 International Student Assessment Program (PISA), the study aimed at examining the relationship between the human development levels of the 11 countries and the results of the PISA, which have different levels of human development and which includes Turkey. In the research, comparative training management models using the scan method from the visual methods have been used by the statistical methods. In the context of the document review, the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) 2011-2016 Human Development Reports and OECD reports, the World Bank data and PISA 2009, 2012 and 2015 results reports were reviewed and used as an analysis method for visual analysis. As a result, comparing human development and PISA results, developed countries were successful in the PISA exam. The high levels of education in the countries have also been seen as high in the Human Development Index (IGE). Countries with high IGE index values are able to show high performance in international examinations such as PISA.
