Organizational commitment is the strength of a person's attachment to an organization. The nature and notion of the organizational commitment concept is that a person has a sense of commitment to the organization he/she works for. This may involve identifıcation with, tendency to stay in, and willingness to exert efforts for the organization. In making employees feel commited to an organization and plan a long tenure with the organization, paradicmatic accordance has a very important role. Paradigmatic accordance requires an accordance between employees and organization to exceed the organizational goals.
