The aim of this study is to examine the effect of eating behaviors and physical activity levels on their life quality by determining the physical activity levels, eating behaviors and life quality of office workers. 626 office workers between the ages of 18-65 voluntarily participated in the study. "Personal Information Form" "World Health Organization Life Quality Short Form" "International Physical Activity Questionnaire Short Form" and "Three Factor Eating Scale" were applied to the participants. In the analysis of the data, frequency and percentage distributions, mean and standard deviation were used for descriptive statistics, T-Test was used for comparisons between the means of two independent groups and Pearson Correlation and Multiple Regression analysis were applied to determine the relationship levels between the variables. It was determined that there was a statistically significant difference in the physical activity levels of office workers according to their gender, cognitive limitation and emotional eating behaviors and the social domain sub-dimension of life quality (p <0.01). According to data, it was determined that men's physical activity levels and social life quality sub-dimension were higher than women and cognitive restriction and emotional eating behaviors in women were much higher than men. It was observed that there was a statistically significant positive relationship between the physical activity total scores and the social area (p <0.01) and the surrounding area (p <0.05) together with the life quality sub-dimensions in women and the physical activity total scores and the physical area, psychological area, environmental area, between the social sphere in men (p <0.05 p <0.01). It was observed that there was no significant relationship between physical activity total scores and sub-dimensions of eating behavior in women (p> 0.05). It was observed that there was a statistically significant positive correlation between the physical activity total scores and the "cognitive eating" one of the sub-dimensions of eating behavior in men (p <0.05). As a result, it was determined that there is a relationship between the quality of life sub-dimensions of office workers and the physical activity levels and eating behaviors sub-dimensions, but the general life quality of women is found to be related to cognitive restriction and uncontrolled eating whereas emotional eating behaviors have predicted the general life quality in men. The effect of eating and physical activity behavioral therapies on life quality can be investigated with longitudinal studies with reference to these results obtained with a descriptive study.
