Abstract:

This study was conducted with the aim of determining the growth, food consumption, use of food, the weight of the cracks and the characteristics of the cracks applied different cracks age. The output weight of the sulfur was identified as the average living weight of the week 4, 8 and 12 respectively; 20.78, 175.36, 476.76 and 738.06 g. The cutting process was carried out in the 14, 16 and 18 weeks. The consumption of food in these ages, respectively; 3434.70, 4126.81 and 4964.31 g: the benefit value of food: 3.98, 4.33 and 4.68; the average living weights; 877.00, 918.00 and 1058.00 g (P<0.05). The timing was determined at the same age respectively: 74.75, 77.15 and 74.54 percent (P<0.05). The breasts and spots were detected as 34.18% and 28.34, 34.74% and 27.66% and 34.23% and 27.34% respectively (P>0.05). The result of this study, considering the breast ratio and the date of the scratch together, found that the cutting age suitable for the sulfur was 16 weeks.
