Abstract:

After the industrial revolution, the way companies produce and provide services has continued to be used continuously by new methods. The company’s managers are committed to dynamics in these processes. Because managers have realized that their companies need to be organizational dynamic in a competitive environment to maintain their assets. Health organizations, as they are a business, have to adapt to the needs of the age, to meet the needs, expectations and desires of patients quickly, in time and in place. Today, even in the health sector there has been a serious competition and even the private health sector and the public health sector competition, even public health institutions and organizations have become competitive with each other. This makes the hospitals organizationally dynamic. To this, not only the staff of the hospital work, but the managers have great tasks to make the hospital’s internal and external resources the most flexible and fastest way to meet the patient’s expectations. The aim of this research is to explore the relationship between the environmental and social sustainability perceptions of health institutions managers and their dynamic abilities. Data has been obtained with the attitude scale from the managers who work in the health institutions located in Manisa. These data were analyzed using the karma method. The study found that managers with younger age, male sex and working between 1 and 4 years have higher dynamic abilities. It has also been found that the dynamic abilities that managers have have have a positive impact on the perception of environmental and social sustainability.
