This study investigates whether there is a relationship between the quality of life and the quality of diet of students at the Faculty of Life Sciences and whether the relationship is interested in the student’s reading section. The sample of the study consists of a total of 185 students, including 100 students of the Department of Psychology and 85 students of the Department of Exercise and Sports Sciences. Students who make up the sample group have filled in the Personal Information Form, the SF-36 scale and the 24-hour food consumption record. The relationship between the scale SF-36 subdimensions, the quality of the diet and the body mass index (BMI) was studied by the SPSS (IBM, Inc.) program and the correlation analysis. Exercise and Sports Sciences students, obtaining higher value than their emotional role difficulties, overall health and quality of diet, scores, and psychology students, statistically differentiated in favour of sports sciences students. The statistical differences have been determined in the benefit of the students of sports sciences (p<0.05). As a result of the regression analysis, a unit increase in the diet quality score average increases the likelihood of becoming a student of exercise and sports sciences by 10.1%. A unit increase in emotional role deficity increases the chance of becoming a student of exercise and sports sciences by 1.2%. Also, a unit increase in mental health increases your chance of becoming a student of psychology by 2.7%
