Çalışmada Hasan Ali Toptaş'ın Ben Bir Gürgen Dalıyım adlı eserinde söz konusu edilen doğa ve insan ilişkisi ele alınmıştır. Amaç, doğanın gözünden insanların dünyasına bir ayna tutmak, küreselleşen ve sürekli dönüşen dünyada insanın doğaya yaklaşımını, doğaya ve dolaylı olarak kendilerine verdikleri zararı ortaya koymaya çalışmaktır. Çalışma nitel olarak yürütülmüş olup, döküman analizi tekniği kullanılmıştır. Eserin kahramanı, Beş Parmak Dağlarında yaşayan genç bir gürgen ağacıdır. Kahraman bakış açılı anlatıcı, ormanda komşuları, ak sakallı meşe, köknar, çam ağaçları, ardıçlar ve daha birçok orman bitkisi ve hayvanla birlikte huzur ve mutluluk içinde yaşamını sürdürmektedir. Fakat çok geçmeden arkadaşlarının eşya yapımında kullanılmak için insanoğlu tarafından bir bir kesilip götürüldüğüne şahit olur. Yavaş yavaş insanların dünyasını anlamaya başlar. Her gün yeni bir katliamla karşılaşır. İnsanların doğaya nasıl acımasızca davrandıklarını ve insani duygularını nasıl kaybedip yozlaştıklarını keşfeder. Anlatımda yazarın şiirsel üslubu dikkat çekicidir. Kurgu ve kullanılan dilin uyumlu birlikteliği okumaya ayrı bir haz katmaktadır. Okuyucuyu doğa ve insan üzerinden metafizik düşüncelere de götüren gürgen ağacının öyküsü, sadece insanın beynine değil ruhuna da hitap ederek görünen gerçeğin ötesini görmesine imkân vermektedir. Toptaş, dili kullanırken onu herhangi bir aktarım aracı olarak görmez. Yazara göre dil, bir aktarım aracından çok düşünsel dünyada olanaklarını ve anlamını devamlı derinleştiren amaca dönüşür. Bu tür kurmaca anlatılarda gerçek dünyaya yapılan kesin göndermeler öylesine iç içe geçer ki, metinlerin açıkça söylemediği şeyler konusunda okuyucu bir takım çıkarımlarda bulunabilir. Eserin diğer bir önemli özelliği metinlerarası özellikler içermesi ve başka hikâyelerle alışveriş içerisine girerek metne yeni anlamlar yüklemesidir.Doğa ve insan ilişkisi kapsamında insanoğluna doğa bilinci verme amacıyla yazılmış eseri değerli kılan da kuşkusuz bu özelliğidir.
In the study, Hasan Ali Toptaş’s work I am a Gürgen Daliy discussed the nature and human relationship. The aim is to keep a mirror to the world of people from the eyes of nature, to try to reveal the human approach to nature in a globalized and constantly transformed world, to nature and indirectly to the harm they have to them. The work was conducted as a quality, and the document analysis technique was used. The hero of the work is a young grape tree living in the Five Finger Mountains. The hero follows his life in peace and happiness with his neighbors in the forest, with his neighbors in the forest, with his neighbors in the forest, with his neighbors in the forest, with his neighbors in the forest, with his neighbors in the forest, with his neighbors in the forest, with his neighbors in the forest, with his neighbors in the forest, with his neighbors in the forest, with his neighbors in the forest, with his neighbors in the forest, with his neighbors in the forest, with his neighbors in the forest, with his neighbors in the forest. But soon, he witnesses that his friends are being cut and taken by a man to be used in the making of things. He gradually begins to understand the world of people. Every day they face a new massacre. He discovers how humans behave cruel to nature and how they lose and corrupt their human feelings. The poetry of the writer is interesting. It adds a separate pleasure to reading the harmonious combination of fiction and language used. The story of the Gurgon Tree, which takes the reader to metaphysical thoughts through nature and man, enables him to see beyond the apparent truth by addressing not only the human brain, but also the spirit. Toptaş does not see it as any means of transmission when using the language. According to the author, the language becomes a means of translation to a purpose that continually deepens its possibilities and meaning in a very thoughtful world. In this kind of narrative, the exact messages made to the real world are so intrinsic that a reader can find a set of conclusions about things that the texts do not clearly say. Another important feature of the work is that it contains intertextual characteristics and is that it has new meaning in the text by shopping with other stories.In the context of nature and human relationships, the work that is written in order to give human nature awareness is undoubtedly this feature.
In this work, the relationship between human and nature beings which is mentioned in Hasan Ali Toptaş's work entitled Ben Bir Gürgen Dalıyım, has been discussed. The aim is to reveal the way human beings treat the nature and the harm that they give to it and indirectly themselves, by keeping the mirror to the world of people through the eyes of nature, in the world which is constantly transforming and globalizing. The study was carried out qualitatively and document analysis technique was used. The hero of the work is a young tree of hornbeam living in the Beşparmak mountains of the Aegean. The heroic point of view narrator lives in peace and happiness with its neighbors in the woods; white bearded oak, fir, pine trees, junipers and many other forest plants and animals. But before long, he witnessed that his friends were slaughtered and taken away by the human beings to be used in the construction of goods. He slowly begins to understand the world of people, discovering how they behave ruthlessly to nature, and how they lose their human feelings and become corrupt. In the narrative, the poetical style of the author is remarkable. The harmonious coexistence of fiction and the language used adds a distinct pleasure to reading. The story of the hornbeam tree, which takes the reader to metaphysical thoughts from nature and man, allows him to see beyond the reality that appears, by addressing not only his brain but also his soul. In using the language, Toptaş does not see it as a means of transmission. According to the author, language is transformed into a purpose that constantly deepens its possibilities and meaning in the intellectual world rather than a means of transmission. In such fictional narratives, certain references made to the real world are so intertwined that the reader can make some inferences about what the texts are not clearly saying. Another important aspect of the work is that it contains intertextual features and ascribes new meanings to the text by exchanging with other stories. In the context of nature and human relations, the aspect that makes this work worthy is written in order to give nature consciousness to mankind.
