Urban green areas are the most crucial components of the urban structure and are physical spaces that contribute to the urban ecosystem and city dwellers. In terms of increasing the quality of urban life and its sustainability, it is of great importance that urban open and green spaces are at the desired level and standards, both qualitatively and quantitatively, and that they are integrated holistically within the scope of urban planning and urban design. This study is aimed to determine the areal amounts, distributions, and amount of green space per capita analyzsis and urban strategic actions of the existing open and green areas in the city and neighborhood scale of the Uşak city center. In this context, the open and green spaces available at the scale of 29 neighborhoods in the city center of Uşak were analyzed and examined. As a result, it was determined that Uşak has 8.50 m2/person active green areas and the 3.37 m2/child playground. The amount of green space per capita in the city is below the 10 m2 standard specified in the legislation.
