The aim of the article is to prove that in order to create a complete socio-political, cultural and economic, historical and aesthetic identity of any state, it is necessary to collect in a single context all its constituent definitions, the main of which is language. At the same time, languages manifest their distinguishable function of identifying ethnic integrity only in interaction with each other. The main subject of research are the Russian language, which has the status of the official language in the Kyrgyz Republic, and the Kyrgyz language, existing as the state language of the Kyrgiz Republic. The authors of the article attempt to convey the idea that there is no need to politicize the issue of languages, all languages develop according to their own laws and principles.
