Anadolu'da Ahilik teşkilatının kurucusu, esnaf ve sanatkar zümresinin kurucusu olarak kabul edilen, çok yönlü bir ilim ve fikir insanı Ahi Evran'ın, ahilik teşkilatı ile sosyal, iktisadi ve siyasi hayata yön verdiğini, Anadolu'nun vatan olmasında, Osmanlı Devleti'nin kuruluşunda ve bir cihan devleti olmasında büyük rol oynadığını, tefsir, hadis, fıkıh, kelam ve tıp alanlarında derin bir alim, tasavvuf yolunda yüksek makam sahibi mütefekkir bir alimdir. Kardeşliğe, cömertliğe, yiğitliğe, fedakarlığa, ahlaka, akla, bilime ve sanata dayanan, kaliteli üretimin ve adil paylaşımın esas alındığı ahilik teşkilatının Anadolu'da birliğin, beraberliğin ve kardeşliğin mayasını oluşturan ahilerin, "Hakka hizmet, halka hizmet" anlayışıyla uzun yıllar Anadolu'da ticaretin ve sanat dallarının gelişmesinde, barış ve huzurun tesisinde önemli roller üstlenmişlerdir. Ahilik teşkilatı, geçmişte sosyal ve ekonomik hayati yönlendirdiği gibi günümüzdeki birçok sosyal ve ekonomik kuruluşun oluşumunda ve şekillenmesinde de önemli rol oynamıştır. Türk kültür tarihinin önemli müesseselerinden olan Ahilik, Hacı Bektaşi Veli'nin tavsiyesi üzerine Ahi Evren tarafından kurulan esnaf dayanışma teşkilâtıdır. Horasan asıllı olan Ahi Evran Selçuklu ve Osmanlı dönemlerinde Anadolu’ya göç eden Müslüman Türkmen boyların hayatına dokunarak onlara sanat, ticaret, ekonomi gibi çeşitli meslekler kazandırmıştır. Sosyal ve ekonomik hayatın farklı alanlarında manevi değerlere sahip ahlak timsali Ahiler, yaşamın her safhasında iyi insan meziyetlerini esas alarak hayatlarını düzenlemişlerdir. Başlıca meslekleri "Dabbaklık" olan ahiler kendi düzen ve kurulları olan günümüzün esnaf odalarına benzer bir işlevleri vardır. Ahilik teşkilatı, iyi ahlakın, doğruluğun, kardeşliğin, yardımseverliğin kısacası bütün güzel meziyetlerin birleştiği bir sosyo-ekonomik bir kurum olarak Türk tarihine önemli katkılar sunmuşlardır. Onların kazandırdığı dini- ahlaki değerler, özellikle Anadolu insanına sosyal, kültürel ve ekonomik yaşamlarında bu değerlerin hepsini bir arada bulundurarak hayatlarını sürdürmelerini sağlamakta idi.
Bu çalışmanın başlıca amacı, kültür mirasımız- Ahilik teşkilatının tarih sürecindeki çok yönlü işlevlerini, faydalarını, toplumsal etkilerini ve özelliklerini ortaya koyarak önemini vurgulamak ve değerlendirmek ve ayrıca bu bağlamda Rusya coğrafyasında yaşayan soydaşlarımıza Türk Kültür tarihinin önemini de aktarmaktır.

The main objective of this study is to emphasize and evaluate the importance of our cultural heritage – the various functions, benefits, social effects and characteristics of the Agile Organization in the history process, and also to transfer the importance of the Turkish Culture History to our cousins living in the Russian geography in this context.

The main purpose of this study is to emphasize and evaluate the importance of our cultural heritage-Ahilik organization by revealing its versatile functions, benefits, social effects, and characteristics in the historical process, and also to convey the importance of Turkish cultural history to the peoples living in the Russian geography.
