The aim of this study is to determine the problems faced by primary school mathematics teachers in their professional life. The study is a case study in which qualitative research method is used. Working under three mathematics teachers who work in the eastern provinces of Turkey were conducted semi-structured interviews. Participants were selected using the criterion sampling method, and as a criterion, teachers were required to work in both a provincial and central school, and have completed at least 7 years in the profession. The collected data were analyzed by content analysis method. While analyzing the data, participant speeches were presented in the form of quotations in the findings section without any comments by the researcher. As a result of the analysis of the findings of the study, two main themes were formed, namely, problems related to the teaching profession and problems related to the branch of mathematics. In the results of working; Primary school mathematics teachers have been found to have problems in various situations such as classroom management, lack of time, lack of training, off-duty work and operations, abstract structure of mathematics, teachers 'social status, students' indifference towards the course and technological problems.
