The aim of this research is to examine the relationship between the collective efficacy and life satisfaction levels of health professionals. Also examined the differences between collective efficacy and life satisfaction according to gender, marital status, having children and length of service in the profession. The research was carried out with 266 health professionals. Data were collected with the Collective Efficacy Scale, the Life Satisfaction Scale and the Personal Information Form. The data were collected with the statistical package program. Results it shows that there is a positive relationship between collective efficacy and life satisfaction and that life satisfaction significantly predicts collective efficacy. Life satisfaction it was determined that women with a service period of 16 years/over are higher than those with less than 16 years of service compared to men. There is no significant difference between collective efficacy and life satisfaction according to marital status and having children.
