Abstract:

The aim of this research is to determine the impact of authentic leadership behaviors showed by school managers, organizational justice and the work satisfaction of teachers. For the purpose of determining this effect, a model has been developed and hypotheses related to the model have been created. The universe of this research is formed by teachers who work in the center of the province of Sivas in the 2018-2019 educational year. The sample of the study consists of 261 teachers selected from this universe by a simple, unselective sample method. The work was carried out in accordance with the "relational scan" model. In the study, the data was used for the purpose of gathering "thantic leadership scale", "organic justice scale" and "work satisfaction scale". The scale form contains the necessary instructions to fill the scales. According to the findings of the study, the findings found that the authentic leadership behaviors showed by school managers have a positive and meaningful impact on organizational justice. Another finding in the study is that authentic leadership behaviors showed by school managers have a positive and meaningful impact on business satisfaction. It has also been concluded that organizational justice affects work satisfaction in a positive and meaningful way. The findings obtained from the research were compared with other study findings and it was suggested that school managers should be encouraged to ensure their development in authentic leadership behaviors.
