In this study, it was aimed to examine the results on Turkish and Syrian women who married early. It was conducted with a total of 109 women, 57 Turks and 52 Syrians, who married early in Kilis province. The data were collected between June and July 2020 with a questionnaire created by researchers for the demographic data of women, causes of early marriage and health problems resulting from early marriage. The data were evaluated in the SPSS package program and chi-square and t test were used in the analysis of independent groups. Ethics committee and institution permission was obtained to carry out the study. The mean age of marriage for Turkish women who married early was 17.07±1.54, Syrian women 16.55±1.71, Turkish women the average age of giving birth to their first child 18.77±2.08, Syrian women 17.82±1.98. It was determined that 77.6% of women decided to get married early. It was found that women's health, childbearing age and being exposed to violence significantly affect women's health. A statistically significant difference was found between the mean age of women according to their status of miscarriage and early marriage negatively affecting their health status (p <0.05). It was determined that the average age of those who had miscarriage was lower. It is stated that Turkish and Syrian women got married at a very young age, the decision of marriage was mostly made by families It was found that the age factor, the number of children, and the age of the first child were effective in miscarriage. In addition, it was determined that women and their children were negatively affected by early marriage and there is a relationship between violence and women's health.
