With the rapid development of the internet, the commercial activities executed on the internet have also spread rapidly. Several important features of the internet have played a major role in choosing online stores for consumers. Identifying the factors affecting the consumer behaviors on online shopping has a key role in the sense of ensuring efficiency for firm and marketers. The actions in this direction ensure taking the first step for a long term success. The main purpose of this research; determine the affecting factors of consumers’ behavior and attitudes on online shopping. Within this aim, demographics, consumer behavior and online shopping threads processed. And a research was carried out by using survey method on public employees in Malatya City
