Professional lung diseases are ranked first among all professional diseases. Many substances exposed at work cause diffuse parankimal lungs disease (DPAH) and the list of these substances continues to expand every day. The clinical, radiological and pathological appearances of professional and non-pulmonary diseases are similar. The diagnosis of professional DPAH is placed with a history of exposure to a substance known to cause DPAH, having a latent period, typical clinical and radiological appearances and the exclusion of other causes that may cause DPAH. Antimon, a rare pneumoconiosis, can be found in organic and inorganic form in nature. Even though it is free in nature, more than 1oo of the minerals can be found in the form of silica and arsenic and antimone (CAS no. 7440-36-0) together (mixed powder).
