The types of the lectures were defined in the article, according to the structural-logic scheme of organization (theoretical-fundamental, informational-analytical, practical-methodological ones); the structural-organizational scheme of giving the breeding-genetic problem integrated lectures for formation of professional competences in future specialists was constructed; its functional problematic (teaching load) and the place in the structure of training of the future bachelors-agronomists and master breeders-geneticists was established; the aim, plan, tasks of the problem integrated lectures were elaborated; the professional competences that must be formed in the result of them were formed; the scientific-methodological complex of problem integrated lectures that allows form the professional competences in the process of thorough stage training of the breeders-geneticists was elaborated.
