Örgütsel güven ve örgütsel özdeşleşme konuları örgütsel davranış disiplini içerisinde önemli görülen ve üzerinde sıklıkla çalışılan konular içerisinde yer almaktadır. Bu çalışmanın amacı; özel hastanede görev yapan çalışanların örgütsel güven ile örgütsel özdeşleşme düzeylerini tespit etmek ve bununla birlikte örgütsel güven boyutlarının çalışanların örgütsel özdeşleşme düzeyleri üzerinde anlamlı bir etkisinin olup olmadığını tespit etmektir. Toplamda 434 çalışan ile gerçekleştirilen araştırma sonucunda; çalışanların örgütsel güven ortalamaları; 3,47 bulunurken örgütsel özdeşleşme ortalamaları; 3,52 olarak bulunmuştur. Örgütsel güven boyutları ile örgütsel özdeşleşme arasında anlamlı ilişkiler tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca örgütsel güvenin yöneticiye güven ve örgüte güven boyutlarının örgütsel özdeşleşme üzerinde pozitif yönde anlamlı etkilerinin olduğu tespit edilmiştir.
Organizational confidence and organizational identity issues are among the topics that are considered important and frequently studied in the organizational behavior discipline. The aim of this study is to identify the level of organizational identity and trust of staff in private hospitals, and to identify whether organizational trust dimensions have a significant impact on the level of organizational identity of staff. According to a survey conducted with a total of 434 employees; the average organizational trust of employees; 3.47 while the average organizational identification; 3.52 were found. There have been significant relationships between the dimensions of organizational confidence and organizational identity. It has also been found that organizational confidence has a positive impact on the organizational identity of trust in managers and the dimensions of trust in organizations.

As a result of the study, conducted with a total of 434 employees it was found that mean scores of the organizational trust averages of the employees were; 3,47 while, the mean of organizational identification; 3,52. Significant relationships were found between organizational trust dimensions and organizational identification. In addition, it was determined that trust dimensions of the manager and trust in the organization affected organizational identification positively and significantly.
