en ku This study aims to evaluate Kurmanjî Kurdish grammar books in terms of leading grammar teaching methodologies. For that purpose, seven Kurmanji grammar books published in Turkey have been chosen and introduced. After formal and contentwise introduction, the books have been evaluated in reference to the commonest grammar teaching methodologies. At the end of the evaluations made on the books, it has been seen that Kurmanji grammar books have been prepared with different motivations and aims in mind. Although some of them have been prepared for linguistics purposes, others have been prepared to teach Kurmanji grammar to different groups. Henceforth it is clear that the books evaluated in this study differ in terms of grammar teaching methods.
