Abstract:

This study aims to identify endophytic and pathogenic fungus found in dormant steels of different grapes, and to identify them as morphological and molecular. In the study, the plant material was used in the province of Tokat, with standard food wheat varieties (19 pieces), local wheat varieties (18 pieces), clones of the wheat varieties of Narince (22 pieces), the wheat varieties of Narince vaccinated on 4 primes, and the dormant steel of 11 American suspended primes. Micological isolation processes from the inner tissues of steels were made and single sports cultures were obtained. Fungus is known by both classic and molecular methods. DNA extraction, PCR and gene sequencing processes from purified isolates have identified 23 endophytic and 7 pathogenic types. Alternaria alternata, Aureobasidium pullulans, Cladosporium cladosporioides, Penicillium species are the most common species. The presence of endophytic fungus in the plant can vary according to the vineyards and mothers, some species of fungus are found only in certain species (Aspergillus sp.Neosetophoma italica is identified; Acremonium aegyptiacum in Harmony and Fusarium acuminatum in 1616 C.
