Abstract:

Sustainability is an approach based on the satisfaction of today’s needs, the possibility of future generations to meet their own needs. Sustainability has become a concept that has continually increased its content since the first moment it emerged and is now addressed in many areas in different dimensions. As the importance of sustainability has begun to become more understood, it has been realized that sustainability policies should be assessed not only by government initiatives, but also in the context of the private sector, and a number of tasks have begun to fall on as well. In this context, it has become an obligation for to adapt to changing conditions and to produce sustainable content. Sustainability is formed in the framework of the green organization culture, with the extent that green business and sustainable green culture can be created in general in terms of business. Companies thus, on the one hand, contribute to the sustainability of the natural environment while on the other hand, they can acquire their place in the environment of ecological competition, strengthen the brand reputation and make them able to sustain themselves on the long term by earning profits. It seems that more and more are trying to incorporate environmental values into their body and thus contribute to sustainable development. In this context, the study and the aim of the Green Organization culture is to reveal the impact on sustainability.
