Abstract:

This research was prepared for the purpose of studying the Children's Literature Translation Office (CETO) in terms of key skills in the Turkish teaching program. The method of document analysis is used in the research model. The data was analyzed using the visual analysis method. The subject of the study is the 18th edition of the CETO magazine, which began to be published in January 2018 and ended in November 2020. In the research process, the 18th edition of the magazine was read, and the 2019 Turkish Teaching Program was scanned in terms of key skills included. The findings obtained were analyzed according to the expert opinions. The 2019 Turkish lesson curriculum examines key skills in terms of the CETO magazine in a total of 2. 361 findings have been found. The most cultural awareness and expression skills (f=700) have been identified in the works reviewed. This was followed by communication (f=616), learning (f=276), social and citizenship skills (f=266), foreign language communication (f=222), mathematical skills and basic skills in science/technology (f=141), digital skills (f=74), initiative and entrepreneurship (f=66) respectively. The children’s works in the magazine have been found in a total of 259 findings.
