Özet:

Marmara Denizinde Ro-Ro Taşımacılığı Birim Maliyetlerinin İncelenmesi: Ambarlı – Bandırma Hattı Örneği Cenker Çoban, Eda Turan Gemi İnşaatı ve Denizcilik Fakültesi, Yıldız Teknik Üniversitesi, İstanbul, Türkiye Günümüzde ticaret faaliyetlerinin yaklaşık %90’ı denizyolu ile gerçekleştirilmektedir, ancak ülkemizin yurtiçi taşımacılıkta denizyolundan yararlanma düzeyi bu oranın oldukça altında kalmaktadır.  Üç tarafı denizlerle çevrili ülkemizde, kara taşımacılığında yaşanan ve her geçen gün artan trafik sorunu ile havayolu taşımacılığının diğer alternatif yöntemlere oranla daha yüksek bütçe ihtiyacı doğurması gibi negatif yönler değerlendirildiğinde; denizyolu taşımacılığı tercih edilmesi gereken bir konuma gelmiştir. Sahip olduğumuz jeopolitik konum itibariyle denize kıyısı olan şehirlerimizde bu alanda altyapı yatırımlarının yapılması önem arz etmektedir. Çalışma içerisinde paylaşılan, kabotajda taşınan araç ve taşıt miktarlarına ait istatistikler, denizyolu ulaşımına olan talep artışının yıllar boyunca devam ettiğinin bir göstergesi olmuştur.  Bu çalışmada, Marmara Denizi’ndeki araç ve yolcu taşımacılığına değinilmiş, Ambarlı – Bandırma hattında çalışan Ro-Ro gemileri 3 farklı kategoride değerlendirilerek, ekonomik analizleri yapılmış ve bu gemiler birim yolcu taşıma maliyetleri bakımından incelenmiştir. Analiz sonuçlarına göre birim yolcu maliyetine en fazla etki eden parametrenin yakıt maliyeti olduğuna işaret edilmiştir. Bununla birlikte, gemilerin doluluk oranları da taşımacılık maliyetlerini etkileyen öne çıkan faktörlerdendir. Yapılan analiz sonucunda, gemilerdeki taşıma maliyetlerinin doluluk oranı arttıkça azalma gösterdiği tespit edilmiştir. Marmara Denizi’nde araç ve yolcu taşımacılığının yıllar itibariyle arttığı görülmüştür. Anahtar Kelimeler: Marmara Denizi, araç taşımacılığı, yolcu taşımacılığı, denizyolu taşımacılığı, maliyet Investigation of Unit Costs of Ro-Ro Transportation in the Sea of Marmara: Ambarlı – Bandırma Route Line Cenker Çoban, Eda Turan Faculty of Naval Architecture and Maritime, Yildiz Technical University, Istanbul, Turkey Today, about 90% of trade activities are carried out by sea, however the utilization ratio from maritime transportation for domestic transport in Turkey is quite lower than this ratio.  Considering negative aspects such as the growing traffic problem in highway transport and requirements for higher budget in the airway transportation among other transportation modes in our country which is surrounded by sea on three sides, maritime transport has become a preferred location. The investments regarding infrastructure in our coastal cities are significant due to the geopolitical position we have. Statistics on the number of passengers and vehicles transported in cabotage shared in the study have been a sign that the demand for sea transportation has continued to increase for years.  In this study, vehicle and passenger transportations in the sea of Marmara have been studied, economic analyses have been carried out for Ro-Ro ships sailing in the Ambarlı-Bandırma route line by considering in 3 different categories and mentioned ships have been investigated in the scope of unit passenger transportation costs. It is pointed out that the most effective parameter for unit passinger transportation costs is fuel costs subject to the results of the analyses. Moreover, fullness ratio of the ships is also one of the prominent factors effecting transportation costs. As a result of the analysis carried out, it has been found that the transportation costs on the vessels decrease as the occupancy rate increases. It is seen that the transport ratio of passengers and vehicles has increased in the Marmara Sea over the years.
