Abstract:

Abstract:

In the Western world where the concepts of nationalism and nationalism developed, the states pay great importance to the population movements, especially the Eastern empires, such as the Ottoman State, were more concerned with this potential than with the view of the contractors who would do the taxes and military profession. This point of view has led to the fact that the population count is limited to the number of men who are suitable for the military profession and the taxable household rides. This also led to a problem of population counting throughout the empire. When it comes to the problem, the situation is not very different. This city where non-Muslims and Muslims of various ethnic origins live together, the researchers face major problems when they need to show how the living population masses have a transformation. It is almost impossible to get an idea of what conditions the male population as well as the child and female population is decreasing and multipliing. At the beginning of the nineteenth century, there are the 1694, 1842, 1843, 1844 and 1846 cizye drills that belong to Antarctica and its surroundings. It is clear that no work has been done on these drivers except in 1842. From the books of 1694 and 1843, 1844, 1846, 1843, 1844, 1846, including 1842, 1844, 1846, are in the same order. However, some changes in the data are observed over time. In the article, a comparative analysis of the five books given according to the date ranking above was made. Antakya, Suveydiye, Cebel-i Akra and Kuseyr are focused on the variations related to the population, cizye and professions.

Abstract:

In the Western world, where nationalism and nationalism developed, states attached great importance to population movements, and especially Eastern empires, such as the Ottoman Empire, cared more about this potential in terms of taxes and taxpayers. This point of view caused the census to be limited only to the number of taxable household heads and men eligible for military service. This has led to an empire-wide census problem. From the point of view of Antakya, the situation is not very different. In this city, where a large number of non-Muslims and ethnic populations of different ethnicities live together, researchers face major problems when it is necessary to demonstrate the transformation of the population of the living population. It is almost impossible to get an idea of the conditions under which the male and female population as well as the male and female population are increasing and decreasing. At the beginning of the nineteenth century, there were jizya impulses dated 1694, 1842, 1843, 1844 and 1846 belonging to Antakya and its environs. It is understood that no studies were conducted on these irritations except 1842. From the books of 1694 and 1843, 1844, 1846, which we have examined, they have almost the same order as those of 1843, 1844, 1846. However, it is observed that there are some variations in the data over time. In this article, a comparative analysis of the five books given in the order of history above will be made and the variables related to the population, capitation and occupations of Antakya, Süveydiye, Cebel-i Akra and Kuseyr districts will be emphasized.
