So many results that aren't mine?

İbn Hazm, hem tarihsel kişiliği hem de ortaya koyduğu eserlerle Zâhirîliği neredeyse tek başına temsil eden çok önemli bir figürdür. Bu makalede İbn Hazm’ın hâkim Fıkıh anlayışının temel karakteristiği olan kıyasa yönelik eleştirileri konu edilmektedir. İbn Hazm’ın ‘kıyassız bir fıkh’ı nasıl mümkün görebildiği, buna dair getirdiği örneklerle somutlaştırılmaktadır. Ayrıca kıyas redçiliğinin, İbn Hazm’ın düşünce dünyasını oluşturan tarihî ve kişisel bağlamla olan ilişkisi de makalenin değindiği konulardandır

Abstract:

Ibn Hazm is a very well-known figure who represents almost alone the Zâhirî understanding by his historical personality and works left behind. This article deals with Ibn Hazm’s critisizms to the concept of Analogy (Qiyâs) which is adopted as an essential characteristic by the mainstream Islamic Law schools. His way to realize a ‘Fiqh without Analogy’ has been demonstrated by practical examples he brought from Islamic Law. One of the interests to be raised by this article is to mention the corelations between hisitorical and personal context which made up Ibn hazm’s world of thoughts and his denial to Anology
