Araştırma, Gençlik Hizmetleri ve Spor Genel Müdürlüğü Gençlik Merkezleri faaliyetleri ve bu faaliyetlerden yararlanan bireylerin memnuniyet düzeylerinin belirlenmesi amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın evrenini, Antalya, Denizli, Isparta, Burdur Gençlik Hizmetleri ve Spor İl Müdürlüğü, Gençlik Merkezlerine kayıtlı üyeler, örneklem grubunu ise, bu üyelerden tesadüfî yöntemle belirlenmiş toplam 1350 birey oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada veriler yazılı kaynaklardan ve anket yöntemiyle elde edilmiştir. Anketin anlaşılabilirliği, kapsam geçerliği ve güvenirliği sağlanmıştır. Cronbach's Alpha güvenirlik katsayısı 0,88 bulunmuştur. Anketler örneklem grubuyla birebir görüşülerek doldurulmuştur. Ankete 450 erkek, 890 kadın olmak üzere toplam 1350 birey cevap vermiştir. Elde edilen verilere istatistik işlem olarak, frekans(%), Crosstabs ve X2 (Ki-Kare) teknikleri uygulanmıştır. Değişkenler arası farklılıkların tespitinde 0,05 güven aralığı kabul edilmiştir. Araştırma kapsamında elde edilen verilere göre, katılımcıların gençlik merkezlerinde düzenlenen sosyal, sportif, kültürel ve diğer faaliyetlerden, gençlik merkezlerine ulaşım ve güvenlikten, gençlik merkezleri personeli ile iletişimden, gençlik merkezlerinin fiziki yapılarından, çoğunluk olarak memnun olduklarını söyleyebiliriz. Cinsiyetler arası görüşlerde ise bazı memnuniyet düzeylerinde olumlu yönde 0,05 manidarlık düzeyinde anlamlı farklılıklar görülmektedir(p<0,05).
Research, Youth Services and Sports General Directorate Youth Centers activities and the benefits of these activities are carried out with the aim of determining the levels of satisfaction of individuals. The universe of the research, Antalya, Denizli, Isparta, Burdur Youth Services and Sports Provincial Directorate, members registered in the Youth Centers, and the sample group, these members consist of a total of 1350 individuals identified by random method. The data was obtained from written sources and the survey method. The questioning’s comprehensibility, scope validity and reliability are secured. Cronbach's Alpha reliability ratio was 0.88. The examples were filled with a group of examples. The survey was responded by a total of 1350 individuals, including 450 men and 890 women. As a statistical process for the data obtained, the frequency(%), Crosstabs and X2 (Ki-Kare) techniques were applied. In the discovery of variables, the 0.05 confidence range was accepted. According to the data obtained within the framework of the research, we can say that the participants are mostly satisfied with the social, sports, cultural and other activities held in youth centers, the transport and security to youth centers, the communication with youth centers staff, the physical structures of youth centers, mostly. In gender opinions, there are significant differences in some levels of satisfaction in the positive direction at 0.05 levels of manicure (p<0.05).
This study was carried out to determine the Youth Center activities of the Directorate General of Youth Services and Sports and satisfaction levels of individuals benefiting from these activities. The research population consisted of members registered to Youth Centers of the Provincial Directorate of Youth Services and Sports in Antalya, Denizli, Isparta, and Burdur, and the sample group consisted of a total of 1350 individuals selected from these members by the randomized method. In the study, the data were obtained from written sources and by the questionnaire method. The intelligibility, content validity, and reliability of the questionnaire were ensured. The Cronbach’s alpha reliability coefficient was found as 0.88. The questionnaire was filled in by interviewing the sample group face-to-face. 1350 individuals in total, being 450 males and 890 females, responded to the questionnaire. As the statistical procedure, the frequency (%), Crosstabs, and X2 (Chi-Square) techniques were applied to the data obtained. The confidence interval of 0.05 was accepted in the determination of differences between variables. According to the data obtained within the scope of the study, it can be said that the participants are mostly satisfied with the social, sportive, cultural, and other activities arranged in youth centers, transportation to and security of youth centers, communication with the youth center personnel, and physical structures of the youth centers. There are significant positive differences at the significance level of 0.05 in some satisfaction levels in the opinions between genders (p<0.05).
