Purpose: The aim of this study is to emphasize the clinical importance of diameter and height measurements of bulbus oculus. Materials and Methods: A retrospective study was carried out using magnetic resonance images of a total of 190 individuals (19 women aged 80-68 years). In our study, antero-posterior diameter, transverse diameter and height measurements of bulbus oculi were made on the right and left sides. Results: The average age was 36.71 in 110 women participants and the average age was 36.79 in 80 male participants was found a significant difference in Bulbus oculi AP Diameter (Right), Bulbus Oculi AP Diameter (Left), Bulbus Oculi Transverse Diameter (Left), Bulbus Oculi Height (Right) and Bulbus Oculi Height (Left). Between of Group I (19-30 years), Group II (31-40 years), Group III (41-50 years), Group IV (51-60 years) and Group V (61-68 years) was obtained a significant difference in all parameters except Bulbus Oculi AP Diameter (Left) parameter. Conclusion: We believe that the study findings will be useful for ophthalmologic, oculoplastic and neurological applications.
