Abstract:

In recent years, the digital transformation, which has become possible by big data, sensors, cloud computing, social media, etc., has been closely affected by the entire world economy and the enterprises involved in it. The digital transformation, which means a more comprehensive digitalization than have experienced to date, leads to devastating changes in business processes, business models, customer relationships and all organizational operations and structures. A comprehensive digital transformation strategy should be developed to manage this devastating change in and a road map should be drawn up. As the subject of digital transformation is a new field of research, it does not have standard recognition and standard characteristics, the, using different technologies, perform digital transformations in different forms and divergent. The roadmap for digital transformation should cover any form of digital transformation a business intends to carry out and should not ignore the connection between the different forms of transformation. Current digital transformation road maps or process models either deal with digital transformation in very generally, or focus only on a single digital transformation scenario. The aim of this study is to remove this lack and to support the establishment of comprehensive digital transformation strategies by identifying different digital transformation scenarios in. The study will develop a conceptual model that shows different digital transformation scenarios in the light of the information obtained as a result of the source research and the study of sample cases.
