Özet:

Abstract This experience report aims to contribute to group work in the Family Health Strategy through the content of gymnastics. As a theoretical-methodological framework, it was guided by a historical and dialectical materialist reflection: from the investigation of the object to the exposition of the thought of the practical reality of the gymnastics group, under the scientific bias of the historical-social development of human corporeality and the foundations of the historical clinic -cultural. The difficulties were: absence of this work tool by most teams; scientific fragility for working with groups in the SUS; lack of delimitation of the group's contents; low adherence and high user turnover; weaknesses in the constitution of grouping. Some conclusions: reflection of workers; less standardization and protocolization of users' living conditions; social understanding of the real needs of the community, bond in the USF and adherence to the gymnastics group, socialization and democratization of this knowledge.
