Bu araştırmanın amacı, ortaöğretim kurumlarında görev yapmakta olan öğretmenlerin öğrenen örgüte ilişkin algı düzeylerini belirlemektir. Araştırmanın evrenini, Çanakkale ilindeki anadolu liselerinde, teknik liselerde ve imam hatip liselerinde görev yapan öğretmenler oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın örneklemi ise tabakalı örnekleme yöntemiyle belirlenen 5 ilçede görev yapan 251 öğretmenden meydana gelmektedir. Betimsel tarama deseni kullanılan bu çalışmada veri toplama aracı olarak “Öğrenen Örgüte İlişkin Algı Düzeyi Ölçeği” kullanılmıştır. Öğretmenlerin görev yaptıkları okullara yönelik öğrenen örgüt algıları cinsiyet, yaş, mesleki kıdem, öğrenim durumu, branş, görev yapılan ortaöğretim kurumu türü ve müdürle birlikte çalışma süresi değişkenleri açısından karşılaştırılmıştır. Yapılan analizler sonucunda, öğretmenlerin kendi okullarına ilişkin öğrenen örgüt algıları ile öğrenen örgütün tüm alt boyutlarına ilişkin algılarının “iyi” düzeyde olduğu belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca anadolu liselerinde ve teknik liselerde görev yapan öğretmenlerin kendi kurumlarına yönelik öğrenen örgüt algılarının imam hatip liselerinde görev yapan öğretmenlere göre daha olumlu olduğu tespit edilmiştir.
The purpose of the study is to determine the perceptions of the teachers working in secondary education on learning organization. Target population of the study includes teachers who work in anatolian high schools, technical high schools and religious high schools in Çanakkale. The sample of the study includes 251 teachers. Descriptive survey methods was employed in the study. “Perception of the Learning Organization Questionnaire” have been used as data collection tools in the study. The learning organization perception of the teachers working in secondary schools over their own organizations compared in terms of different variables. The analysis of the data revealed that learning organization perception of the teachers working in secondary schools over their own organizations were found to be “good” level. The learning organization perception of the teachers working in anatolian high schools and technical high schools are significantly higher than teachers working in religious high schools
