Background: The purpose of the study was to investigate if there was any relationship between multiple choice question (MCQ) test and Patient Management Problem (PMP) Exam. We also aimed to determine satisfaction levels and wievs of the students on PMP exams. Methods: Thirty students who completed their learning period in the department of Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation were taken to PMP test and MCQ exam respectively. They were asked to complete a questionnaire that was prepared to investigate their satisfaction levels on PMP exam. The scores of MCQ and PMP exams were analyzed for the correlation between them. Results: Mean scores in PMP and MCQ exams were 81.2 (SD:7.9) and 81.4 (SD:8.06) respectively. There was a significant correlation between the scores of two different exams. The students were highly satisfied with the PMP exam. Conclusion: The departments will use structured clinical exams more in the future in order to assess their students’ performances in a more realistic and reliable way.
